Are you unable to load pages on some web browsers but not others?
  1. Confirm whether or not you can browse multiple websites. If you can browse other sites while just one isn’t loading, there may be a problem with that website. See this guide about being unable to access a single site.
  2. Ensure your device is connected to your modem with either an Ethernet cable or through WiFi.
  3. Check if your modem is online. (The Internet light should be lit.)
  4. Clear your browser cache and then attempt to view a website.
  5. Temporarily disable any firewall, anti-virus or anti-malware software and attempt to browse again. Contact your security software company for instructions on this.
  6. Call us on 1800 EmuTel (368 835) for further support.
