Standard Rates

These are the standard rates referred to in our Master Services Agreement. All prices exclude GST.

Labour

Standard rate: installations, site visits and other work our terms say is chargeable (for example out-of-scope work, faults caused by your equipment or third parties, or incident response beyond your included scope)	$200 per hour
Support from our team, during business hours and after hours	Included

Where your Proposal sets an installation fee, that fee applies instead of the hourly rate. Everyday support from our team is included in your services.

Cancellation and handover

Handover fee, per device released (clauses 14.6 and 14.7)	$49 per device
Expedite fee, for a Handover Date sooner than 5 Business Days after your account is settled (clause 14.6)	$199

Your account

Reinstatement fee, per Service suspended for non-payment or breach (clause 13.2)

$75 per Service
