Job Overview:
As a Marketing & Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and coordinating with marketing software to nurture and develop opportunities for our sales team. Your responsibilities will include developing our brand, expanding our presence across regional Australia, assisting in proposal development, and working closely with existing clients to enhance their services within our product portfolio. You will be the bridge between our sales team and our customers, communicating through phone, email, and chat as necessary. Additionally, you will assist the CEO with the day-to-day management and planning of sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM and Marketing Software Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring it integrates seamlessly with our marketing software to maximize sales opportunities.
- Brand Development and Regional Expansion: Actively work on brand building and increasing our footprint across regional Australia through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in creating and refining proposals, and provide them with necessary administrative support to enhance sales productivity.
- Client Relationship Management: Engage with existing clients to explore opportunities for expanding their services within our product portfolio.
- Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and prospects via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and queries.
- Sales and Marketing Management Assistance: Support the CEO in daily sales and marketing activities, including strategic planning and execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM management and familiarity with marketing software.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and client relationship management.
