Emutel is a rapidly expanding company, having just opened our third territory since our launch in December, and we’re planning to open three more offices by this upcoming October. Our mandate is to open seven locations this year.

You will lead the daily execution of our accounts function and be empowered to really own this space and make your mark. Fully supported and working directly with the CEO, so full support, knowledge and training is absolutely guaranteed.
About the Role
In this role you will mainly work between two core web platforms; Xero and our Telco Billing software. Previous experience with Xero is desirable, but a keen and demonstrable ability to learn and adapt to new platforms is a must. The job duties and responsibilities are:
- End to end accounts payable & receivable (including debtor management)
- Monitor & manage expenditure
- Provide end of month reports to the company directors
- Monitor business compliance including insurances and other industry policy documentation
- Assistance with the development and improvement of internal systems and processes
- Credit account management and applications as required
- Ensure the financial transactions of the company are appropriately processed, managed and reconciled
- Monitor the progress of all orders and provide updates to sales staff and customers alike in a timely manner
- Respond to customer requests and provide clear instructions to sales staff on expectations
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through frequent order status updates and friendly communication during service delivery
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
Experience/Skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- Be self-motivated, reliable and adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Medium to advanced Excel skills
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong work ethic and ability to deliver quality work in agreed time frames
- Provide great customer service on inbound/outbound calls and via email
